Connie in the garden center was such a a wonderful employee! She represents what all Home Depot employees should strive for. Johnson City, thank you for having exceptional customer service! Again, thank you, Connie. We enjoyed our shopping experience. They had what we need and it wasn't a maze to find it.

Great store. My only gripe is that it seems like when I’m on line at home, looking for a part in stock that day, sometimes, not always, the less expensive part is not in stock and when this occurs, it’s off to Amazon I go. I will say that Home Depot’s prices are way better than Lowe’s and they provide better customer service and so that’s why I keep coming back to them.

I will never again order an online order at this location. I ordered 20 bags of topsoil to go. I got a text and email in the morning saying that my order was ready to go. I had pickup set for 2pm and when I got there they told me to drive around to the garden center. My order was not ready.. I wasn’t in a rush so no biggie. The guy who got my order was an angry bird. It was about 25 minutes to get my order from start to finish. He wheeled over 10 bags on one cart, not saying a word to me. Im a disabled veteran with back issues and I guess he assumed I was going to load it up myself. When he came over with the 2nd cart he let out a loud sign of anger. He loaded up the first amount and I opened the doors to my back seats so he could load the rest in the backseat for me. He broke my rear dashcam and didn’t say a word to me, so sorry no nothing. I forgot to put that part on my survey I got after the fact. He loaded up the back seta huffing and buffing. The kind of huffing and puffing as to say screw you, you should be doing this. People pay for pickup for different reasons. This is his JOB. if he doesn’t like his job he should do something else. After he was done, he didn’t close any d

No one working knows what is going on. A few months ago they would let you take a flooring board for sample. Tried to do that today and the checkout lady confiscated it and told us that they have the small samples like Lowe's. That was fine except I didn't see them. She told me to go to customer service because they had just told her they had them. Walked to customer service and the lady looked at me like I had 3 heads. I just walked out. Heading to Lowe's now to purchase 3500 sq ft of flooring.

I’ve tried ordering these bins for in-store pickup this week and last and they all get cancelled almost immediately. I even tried lower quantities even though it said there were 60+ in stock. I drove 30 minutes after my fourth order was cancelled, and found all 18 sitting on the shelf where they belong. This is really frustrating having worked BOPIS myself. If I didn’t need these I would’ve purchased elsewhere
